Free is for trying Nomic with limited agent requests. Individual ($20/mo) is for one person who wants full platform access with included AI usage. Business ($40/user/mo, 25 seat minimum) is for teams that need project delivery, file integrations (Autodesk, Bentley, SharePoint, and more), shared billing, SSO, usage analytics, and Agent API. Enterprise is custom for larger firms that need invoice/PO billing, pooled usage commits, and multi-region data hosting.
A seat is one named user who can sign in and use Nomic. Individual is one seat for solo use. Business starts at a 25 seat minimum and is billed per user per month. Enterprise seat counts are custom.
AI usage is a dollar balance that pays for Assistant chats, Workflows, document indexing, and (on Business/Enterprise) Agent API calls — at the underlying model rates, with no markup on those model costs. Business and Enterprise include $20 of AI usage per seat each month, pooled across your organization. You are only charged when you index files or run AI — not for browsing project files.
Approximate runs per $20 of AI usage. Actual cost varies with context size, tool calls, and response length:
- 80 – 200 Assistant sessions
- 20 – 80 drawing sheet reviews
- 50 – 130 code compliance checks
- 10 – 25 submittal reviews

On Individual, you can buy more AI usage on demand when your balance runs low. On Business and Enterprise, your team shares a pooled balance — add seats (each adds $20/month of usage) or purchase additional usage. Enterprise can also pre-commit a larger usage pool for the year.
Agent API access is included on Business and Enterprise. Free and Individual cover the platform surfaces (Assistant, Workflows, and related tools) but not the Agent API. If you only need API access for custom tools, talk to us — we scope that on Business or Enterprise.
Enterprise supports multi-region data hosting (EU, AU, US, UK) so you can keep data in the region that fits your compliance needs.
